Project CARS, one of the most ambitious racing titles of this modern era, has been touted as having one of the most diverse list of locations of any racing title. However, it has been relatively quiet in regard to official track announce- ments. Today, the team released a number of locations on their public list with quite a few circuits allowing simracers to be quite excited about this information. The list of tracks in pCARS as of now is as follows:

Glencairn Karting Circuit
Mount Panorama
Oulton Park
Road America
Watkins Glen
Brands Hatch
Dubai Autodrome
Hockenheimring
Imola
Monza

Please note that this is in no way a final circuit list as many more tracks are in development. An interesting fact is that on the site there is a screenshot featuring Sonoma Raceway. While not (yet) officially confirmed, it has been known to be in development, with quite a few videos showcasing the course meaning simracers can probably also look forward to this high quality circuit. Project CARS will be released November 18th in the United States and on November 21st else- where for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC (release of the Wii-U version has been put back to 2015).

A new release date has been announced for Project CARS

The official statement reads as follows (excerpt):
"On April 2nd on all platforms in Europe, April 2nd on PC in the US and April 7th on PS4 and Xbox One in the US.
Wii U and Steam OS versions will follow in 2015. Project CARS will be available in both disc and digital formats."
